At PzDeals, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your PzDeals account, navigate to your order history, and select the item you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.
Prepare the Package
Place the item in its original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring you include the printed return slip inside the box for identification.
Ship the Item
Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup at your convenience.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects and approves the returned item, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
